Every piece is made with love and care, but if the item arrives in a damaged condition, take pictures and inform Little by Little immediately.
We will arrange for the product to be picked up from you via our couriers.
You can return Little by Little POS items including receipt paper within 10 days of receiving it. If the 10 days gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To return an item, contact info@littlebylittlekids.co.za to request a return.
Returned Little by Little POS items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging, including all parts and documentation.
Please ensure that the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Please note that all returns are subject to Little by Little's inspection.
You'll be notified if your items are approved or rejected for a refund.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards
- Socks
- Hair Accessories / Hats
- Bespoke Items
POS items rejected by Little by Little aren't eligible for refunds.
You can request that the items are returned to you at your expense within
10 days of receiving the rejection notice.
Refunds will be made within 10 days of approval using EFT from Little by Little.
If you have not received the refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the refund is still processing. If you still do not see the refund, please reach out to us at info@littlebylittlekids.co.za
